Placing orders

When I want to buy something with the Rampage web shop, do I have to register myself?

First, you can view our entire product range with all the details. When you have selected items to purchase however, you must enter a simple registration to continue with the purchase, we will need your email address, billing address, and shipping address. If you would like, you may also register your telephone so that we can reach you quickly in case of questions.

 

When I order from the Rampage webshop, is the website secure with my private data?

Data protection is a matter of trust and your privacy is important to us. We shall therefore only use your name and other information which relates to you in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. We will only collect information where it is necessary for us to do so and we will only collect information if it is relevant to our dealings with you.

 

How much does shipping cost?

There is a flat rate for the shipping costs of €5.54 for Belgium, Netherlands, France and Germany, the cost will not increase when products are purchased. The rate for the rest of Europe is € 7.95, The Cost outside of Europe will be 9,95 for small orders.

 

How long will it take before I receive my products?

If you place your order with us and the payment is received before 4pm, we will send the parcel on the same day. Generally, the delivery will arrive in one working day, exceptionally 2 working days, if the delivery address is in Belgium. Deliveries in the Netherlands, Germany, France will arrive between 1 – 2, exceptionally 3 working days. 0ther countries may require additional delivery time.

 

Can I get a receipt of the items I bought?

When you have completed an order, you will receive a receipt in your mailbox and an invoice with your parcel.

 

What is the Rampage Shop policy for returns?

In case you are not satisfied of the chosen product Or if the product is not in the size or colour of your wish you will be able to send back this item to Toffmusic to change it into another or to get a refund.

1. Let us know by mail (info@toffmusic.com) that there is a complaint , please also add the ordernumber.

2. We will be more than happy to help you out in case you wish to change the item into another colour, design or size. We arrange this in cooperation with you of course.

3. Incase you’re not satisfied and wish a refund please let us know also.

4. Complaints must be done directly after receiving the goods!

5. Returned goods must be in the same condition as they were when send to you.

6. There will be no credits for your postal costs for returning the goods. However there also will be no extra charge to send over the exchanged goods again to you.

7.  Please notice for returning parcels outside of Western-Europe there will be an extra shippment-charge. We will arrange this with you in front of your returning.

 

Troubleshooting

My address is wrong. What can I do?

If you are having problems entering your address, then our customer service will be more than happy to help. You can email us at info@toffmusic.com.

 

My package still hasn’t arrived, what now?

We estimate a delivery time of 1 – 2 working days maximum in Belgium, other countries in Europe we estimate between 1 – 3 working days. If your package  still hasn’t been delivered to you or to a neighbor after this time, then we kindly ask you to get in touch with our customer service department so that we can check up on its whereabouts. You can email us at info@toffmusic.com.

 

What if there is damage to the products or what if I received the wrong products.

If there is a mistake in the order or there is damage, please contact our costumer service, they will explain the further steps for the correction of the mistake or sending new undamaged products.

 

Other questions

How can I pay my order?

You can pay with Paypal, iDeal and direct bank transfer, the bank-account details will appear after the checkout on your order conformation mail.

 

What are the costs for Creditcard, iDeal and Paypal?

The costs for the payments are for the Rampage web shop.

 

Are new products added regularly to the website?

Yes, we add new items or products when they come out. So we advice you to visit the Rampage webshop regularly, when you are looking for specific products.

 

I have received a voucher code, how can I use it?

Search for the product that you would like to purchase and put it in your cart. When you will go to your shopping chart, you will have the possibility to enter your voucher code. Please keep in mind that codes can only be used once and are not exchangeable for credits.
